Job description
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities
• Identify TAM, device strategies for his/ coverage to hunt clients for liability & asset led liability opportunities/NTB onboarding.
• Extensive knowledge of cash management services & DB products towards liability generation.
Core Responsibilities
• Priority no. 1 liability business in terms of CA/CMS/escrow/nodal & FD mobilization.
• Provide support to the Team Leader in managing a portfolio of multinational corporate clients
• Preparation of credit approval/renewal memorandum, generate risk analysis reports and manage credit related covenants/exceptions.
• Business development in deepening existing client relationships and acquisition of new to bank clients.
• Monitoring the performance of the account/client (financial performance etc.) and manage day to day transactions.
• Undertake analysis on industries/clients/markets.
• Liaise with Risk/Legal/Operations on Proposals, documentation & ensure smooth delivery & execution of transactions and monitor and handle exceptions.
• Undertake responsibility on championing the developments and understanding on select Industry/ Sector(s).
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities
• Self managing and go getter towards driving liability business and knows credit underwriting to generate asset led liabilities.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
Adhere to internal polices, process and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Master’s degree is must.
Years of Experience
5-8 Years as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking
Nature of Experience
• Liability driven and credit note writing knowledge.
• Experience of working with influencers, CAs, tax, legal, advisory professionals.
Technical Competencies
• Knowledge of designated product
• Ability to understand customer behavior
• Market and sector knowledge for penetrating in assigned locations
• Understanding of electronic channels used by corporates
• Conversant with MS-Office, MS-Excel

Purpose of Role
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will have a specialization in Web technology. You will be expected to support feature development and mentor junior developers using constructive feedback.
You will help define how we use frontend applications to drive our banking products. You will share your passion and experience with others and encourage a sharing and caring culture as well as supporting less experienced teammates to grow and develop.
Your remit will go beyond projects as the wider engineering community will look to you for coaching and advice. You will be a strong influence on others and your success will largely be based on that.
Principal Accountabilities
• Design, develop and deploy frontend applications.
• Collaboration with product owners, backend engineers and other stakeholders to facilitate the development of new features and applications.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in your specialism and in your Community of Practice, leading by example.
• Help run your community of practice, encouraging broad participation.
• Mentor and support more junior colleagues e.g., through pair programming, Code reviews etc.
• Help more junior colleagues plan their careers and progress at Allica.
Required Skills
• Expert in JavaScript, Typescript, React + Hooks, Redux, Node.js, HTML5 and SASS / CSS.
• Experienced with Webpack, Babel, Jest, Cypress and React Testing Library. Knowledge of MobX and Nx will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of UX / UI design.
• Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes. AKS will be beneficial.
• Experienced with CI / CD and modern DevOps tools. Exposure to Azure DevOps Pipelines will be beneficial.
• Interested in scaling the applications using methodologies like Micro Frontends, Blue / Green Deployments.
• Prior experience using OpenID Connect Protocol.
• Extreme Programming Practices.
