Essential Skills (Must Have)
Core Engineering Experience
5+ years building production-grade applications using:
Python,Node.js / TypeScript
Strong hands on experience with:
REST API design, OpenAPI specifications
Production debugging and performance tuning
AI & Agent Development
2+ years developing or integrating AI agents using:
LangChain
LlamaIndex
Claude SDK
Hands-on experience working with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Prompt engineering techniques
AI assisted development and coding tools
Practical experience with:
Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development
Cloud & DevOps
2+ years working with cloud platforms:
AWS, Azure, OpenShift
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with Git and modern DevOps workflows
Backend Platform & Tooling
Ability to design, deploy, configure, and maintain Backstage.io as a developer portal
Comfortable working with production data stores:
MongoDB,Redis
