About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (or Upper Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer) to join our in-office team to mentor junior developers and help build, scale and contribute to the best practices of our cutting-edge SaaS platform.
This role is perfect for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer with expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, Docker, NGINX, and SCSS. You’ll work on scalable web applications, shape technical architecture, and craft high-quality, hand-written styles using SCSS.

Tech Stack & Tools
• Frontend: React, Next.js, SCSS (handwritten styles, no bloated UI libraries), TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, REST APIs
• Databases: MongoDB, Redis (SQL experience is a plus)
• Deployment & DevOps: Docker, NGINX, CI/CD
• Other: Git, Agile, Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-performance SaaS applications.
• Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, and deployments).
• Take ownership of key features and architectural decisions.
• Optimise applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable SCSS for highly polished UI/UX.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker & NGINX.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
• Strong React.js & Next.js development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Node.js for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with Docker & NGINX for deployments.
• Strong understanding of authentication, security, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Git, Agile, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven experience writing hand-crafted SCSS for maintainable and scalable styles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team.
Nice-To-Have Skills
⭐ Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, MQTT, WebRTC).
⭐ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
⭐ DevOps and automation experience.
