The Full Stack Developer (VP) will support new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall aim of this role is to manage applications systems analysis and programming activities.
The role holder will manage and work across query management application for our investment banking client.
Requirements
The Role and Responsibilities
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Utilise advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding testing, debugging, and implementation
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
• Understand and provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor, nurture and coach mid-level developers and analysts as well as allocating work as necessary
• Appropriately assess risk when business conclusions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Skills and Experience
As a Developer, you will have:
• At least + Years + hands on Apps Development or Systems Analysis experience
• Rich UI Web technology, Angular UI, React, HTML, Java mail API/ Exchange Web Service
• Core Java, Advance Java, REST web service, Spring boot micro service, API Gateway and Kafka
• Complete CI CD Pipeline
• Expertise in Secure Service Design
• ECS Openshift, Docker, Container, Kubernetes or similar
• Search Engine using Elastic, SOLR or similar
• Mongo Db. Good to have Oracle Server, SQL
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects
• Experience with dependency management, change management, continuous integration testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements
• Extensive knowledge of software engineering and object-oriented design
• Test Driven Development (TDD) / Business Driven Development (BDD)
• DevOps (CI/CD)
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
It would be great if you have:
• Previous consulting experience
• Financial Services background
