Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a team of full-stack developers and ensure project deadlines are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure the quality of code and adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.
Collaborate with other teams, including design and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
2+ years of experience in project management or team leadership.
Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
