Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications, both front-end and back-end.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to projects when appropriate.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API design, and integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
