Application Development and Implementation (30-35%)
Architect and oversee the development of complex software systems.
Drive innovation by exploring and integrating advanced technologies that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
Continuous Improvement (20-25%)
Lead the ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of software systems, anticipating future needs and industry shifts.
Create and execute disaster recovery plans, ensuring robustness and resilience of systems.
Identify and coordinate the performance of vulnerability scans to ensure system security and compliance.
Application Documentation (20-25%)
Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems and processes, aligning detailed technical specifications with strategic project goals.
Create detailed architecture diagrams that accurately represent system structures and interactions, feeding into the validation plan.
Contribute expertise to Good Practice (GxP) assessments and compliance, ensuring that all software systems meet regulatory and quality standards.
Support (10-15%)
Serve as the technical expert, guiding teams in diagnosing and resolving high-impact issues.
Develop strategies to enhance the support framework.
Act as a consultant for advanced problem-solving, leveraging deep technical knowledge to propose innovative solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.
Learning & Development (5%)

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 7 – + years of related experience + Master's Degree OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
