Job Description
Team Lead : 4 developers
As the Full stack developer you will have to absorb following :
• MERN Development - Node js, Reactjs, Mongodb, MySQL, Express, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Javascript
• Enhancement of MVP with a modular system design
• Problem solving skills – Being able to break problems into smaller bits and being able to estimate resources (time, money, efforts, etc.) for completion
• Ownership mindset – You shouldn’t require monitoring and you should be able to leverage the freedom given to you to create high value to the company and yourself as a professional
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Help departments use technology profitably
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Non Technicalities, but MUSTs:
• Patience & Perseverance (great things don't happen overnight)
• A long term mission rather than a short adventure
• Passion for entrepreneurship (startup hustlers are a different breed)
• Energetic with a go-getter attitude (we only do impossible things)
