Job Title: Full Stack Developer Job Description: Full Stack Developer / Consultant (AI-first SaaS Platform) Role: Consultant Full Stack Developer Location: Pune / Remote Experience: 7–11 Years Must have: AI-assisted coding (Claude AI or similar) Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong product mindset to join a fast-paced product engineering team building an AI-first SaaS platform. This platform addresses critical compliance and regulatory needs and is designed for global enterprise use. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications, along with exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude AI or similar. This role requires end-to-end ownership—from prototype to MVP—while ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Engineering & Architecture ● Design and develop scalable SaaS applications with modern architecture principles. ● Build and maintain both frontend and backend components, including APIs and integrations. ● Develop cloud-native solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. ● Implement secure, audit-ready systems for handling sensitive and regulated data. AI Integration & Innovation ● Integrate AI-assisted coding tools (Claude AI or equivalent) into development workflows. ● Collaborate with AI and data teams to embed intelligent features into the product. ● Contribute to building AI-first product capabilities across the platform. Collaboration & Delivery ● Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and domain experts. ● Own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment. ● Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Required Skills & Experience ● 7–11 years of full stack development experience. ● Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React or Angular). ● Backend expertise in Node.js or Python. ● Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment. ● Minimum 1 year of experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude AI or similar). ● Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git). ● Ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end solutions independently. Nice to Have ● Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, MedTech, or similar domains. ● Exposure to Voice AI or NLP-based systems. ● Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR). ● Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or quality standards.
