Mission: Architect and build a scalable panelist recruitment & management platform (5M+ users, ++.++% uptime).

???? You’ll build:

✔ Automated panelist onboarding (Fraud detection, KYC, AI profiling)

✔ Referral & rewards engine (Real-time payouts, gamification)

✔ Survey routing system (ML-based respondent matching)

✔ Enterprise-grade dashboard (Real-time analytics, fraud alerts)

✔ Sales CRM with 10K concurrent users

✔ SMTP Configuration with C Panel Web hosting

✔ Building survey scripting application

✔ Scaling to 5M Users for consumer panel

✔ Cold Emailing platform wherein customers are sending 5K to 10K emails daily with +0% inbox delivery assurance

✔ Developing cold email marketing platform with rotational Servers & rotational IP's for each customer, resulting in better email deliverability

???? Core Responsibilities (Day 1 Deliverables):

✔ Design and deploy a fault-tolerant microservices architecture (Kubernetes, Docker)

✔ Build a high-throughput API (10K+ RPM) for panelist recruitment, profile management, and survey distribution

✔ Develop AI-driven fraud detection (Behavioral biometrics, IP/VPN filtering, Captcha solvers)

✔ Integrate payments (PayPal, Razorpay, UPI) with auto-reconciliation

✔ Optimize database performance (5M+ panelists, sub-100ms queries)

✔ Create scraping tools (Competitor intelligence, lead enrichment)

✔ Expertise in Sales CRM with 10K concurrent users

✔ SMTP Configuration with C Panel Web hosting

✔ Building survey scripting application

✔ Scaling to 5M Users for consumer panel

✔ Developing cold email marketing platform with rotational Servers & rotational IP's for each customer, resulting in better email deliverability
