Qualifications
Candidates must live in the United States
4-5+ years of experience in software development
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
3+ years of Apex, SOQL, Reports and Dashboards
2+ years of Salesforce Lightning Platform (LWC and/or AURA)
Expertly work across stacks and design with client and platform in mind
Fundamental knowledge of object-oriented software design, development and architectural principles
Deep understanding of application development best practices including security, compliance, performance, optimization, reliability, cost efficiency, etc
Proven experience in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries and frameworks like React/Vue.js/Next/Nuxt, CSS preprocessors like Sass/LESS, and module bundler tooling
Proven experience with relevant technologies such as Typescript, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, Nodejs, etc, and data stores such as MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, etc, and knowing when to use each
Experience implementing observability, monitoring and alerting for services and establishing SLOs for services
High level of comfort with testing approaches and frameworks, from unit testing to automated testing
Proven experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.), DevOps best practices, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g
Terraform, CloudFormation, etc)
Working knowledge of architectural concepts, microservices, serverless, event-driven, platforms, etc

Job description
Ibotta is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Salesforce to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding by building something great with us. As part of the engineering team, you will play an integral part in building out the next iteration of our web-based suite of products. We're looking for a self-motivated engineer who has a passion for building high quality, user experiences, and fluent interfaces backed by scalable architecture. Every engineer has input into our engineering culture, our products and development processes, and will have a real impact as part of a small, nimble team.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What we are looking for:
