Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Backend Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in Java, with deep understanding of Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, and API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
• Frontend Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Database & Integration:
• Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Ability to design and optimize database schemas and write complex queries.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services.
