Job Description
Staff4Me is seeking a Senior Fullstack Product Manager to drive our product vision and strategy across our fullstack development initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product objectives while leveraging your technical knowledge to inform decision-making and prioritization. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable tasks that lead to innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities::
Product Strategy and Planning:
Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our fullstack development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify areas of opportunity and innovation.
Prioritize product features and create a product roadmap that reflects user needs and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Facilitate communication between teams, providing clarity on requirements, scope, and project timelines.
Lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, manage risks, and align on priorities.
Project Management:
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product features.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
Monitor and analyze product performance and user engagement, using insights to inform future development.
User Experience and Testing:
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric approaches are taken in product development.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on product design and functionality.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates on product performance and strategic initiatives.
Ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.
Qualifications::
Requirements:
Strong Fullstack engineering capabilities with expertise in React, TypeScript and backend API development
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or fullstack development environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and fullstack technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing products from inception to launch.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Experience with user-centered design principles and conducting usability testing.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay current on industry trends.
