- Designing, building, and iterating on fullstack systems that power AI agents from concept to deployment.
- Researching and evaluating new approaches to agent orchestration, prompting strategies, and model alignment.
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance UX and usability for non-technical users.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong command of modern fullstack frameworks, especially Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Track record of shipping scalable systems in high-growth or startup environments.
- Strategic thinking ability to balance speed and quality while driving technical vision.
- Bonus points for experience with LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI infrastructure.
