As a key contributor to our digital transformation, you will report to the Manager, Corporate Back Office Applications. You will act as the functional lead for Oracle integration while contributing to the evolution, modernization, and ongoing maintenance of our Back Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Actively participate in Oracle integration and Back Office application modernization projects.
Analyze and optimize back-office processes (finance, operations, procurement, etc.).
Produce process diagrams (BPMN or equivalent).
ERP & Back Office Systems
Collaborate on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP modules.
Contribute to data migration and data integration strategies.
Ensure alignment between business processes and system architecture.
Leadership & Coordination
Serve as the functional point of reference for both business and IT teams.
Contribute to risk management, deliverable planning, and change management activities.
Collaborate with teams across Canada and internationally.
Mentor and coach junior analysts.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business / Functional Analyst, ideally with large-scale systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics).
Hands-on experience with data model evaluation, data migration strategies, and application integration processes.
Skills & Competencies
Bilingual (English and French). Canadian and International clientele
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation.
High level of autonomy and attention to detail.
Assets
Proficiency in SQL.
Knowledge of AS/400 systems.
