We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both multiplayer networking systems and overall game functionality. Your expertise in game development and multiplayer networking, especially with Mirror networking, will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop multiplayer networking systems using Mirror networking framework.

Collaborate with the game design and programming teams to implement game mechanics, features, and systems.

Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay experience across various platforms.

Implement network security measures and protocols to protect against cheating and unauthorized access.

Debug and resolve networking and gameplay issues, providing technical support to the development team when necessary.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in game development and multiplayer networking technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.

5-7 years of professional experience in game development, with a focus on multiplayer networking.

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Mirror networking framework.

Proficient in C# and Unity3D game engine.

Strong understanding of client-server architecture and synchronization techniques.

Solid understanding of network protocols, latency optimization, and bandwidth management.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve networking and gameplay issues in a timely manner.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
