Job Description
Keboola is a versatile data operating system that enables companies to automate business actions using data and produce value. It's also flexible enough to be deployed in big enterprise stacks, thereby helping data teams work faster and smarter. We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Global Event Manager to join our Marketing team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments in order to implement Keboola's strategies through both hosted and sponsored events. This role involves integrating the global events strategy with regional marketing and sales strategies, resulting in impactful experiences. Additionally, this role is responsible for devising event strategies, organizing and managing events, and providing reports on the outcomes.
The skills that we are looking for
• Event Planning and Execution: 5+ years of experience in organizing virtual and physical events, preferably in the tech startup industry. Skilled in project management with a proven track record of success. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
• Event Oversight: Oversee all aspects of offline and online events at Keboola, ensuring smooth execution and goal achievement.
• Project Management and Coordination: Manage and coordinate event projects, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders for flawless execution.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Solution Engineers, and Sales teams to contribute to the success of Keboola's events program.
• Elevate Event Experience: Bring innovative ideas to enhance the event experience for offline and online formats, making each event engaging and impactful.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and provide feedback on event processes and outcomes, striving for continuous improvement in event management practices.
