Role : Senior Golag Developer
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Pune (Onsite/Hybrid)
Budget: Up to 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable backend applications using Go.
• Architecture: Collaborate with product managers and architects to ensure the platform’s technical feasibility and robustness.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle increasing traffic and workloads.
• Code Review: Conduct peer code reviews, set coding standards, and ensure best practices in Golang development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams to ensure smooth integration and release cycles.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
Required Skills:
• Golang Expertise: Proven experience (5+ years) working with Go programming language in a professional setting.
• Backend Development: Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, microservices architecture, and RESTful services.
• Databases: Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc.
• Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for building, deploying, and scaling applications.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security: Strong knowledge of application security best practices.
