Job Description

NAOVI is seeking a Sr. Governance & Events Manager for the following task:

Primary Responsibilities
• Assists the Senior Task Manager processing coordination requests.
• Supports scheduling, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site.
• Coordinates audio/video and facility support; prepares slides, and other materials to support meetings and events, as well as supporting close-out activities including disseminating meeting minutes.
• Processing coordination requests.

• Previous experience scheduling and executing meetings within the IC is preferred.
• Previous event management experience is preferred.
