We are hiring a Sr. Graphic & Video Designer (5-8 years) to join our dynamic in-house team in Noida. You will craft high-impact visual stories for B2B & enterprise clients (India + global), including motion graphics, podcasts, corporate videos, storyboards and AI-assisted workflows.
What you'll do:
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos, social + digital, brand campaigns.
• Design visuals, motion graphics, animations, video edits (podcasts, leadership interviews, client stories).
• Pitch visual concepts and storyboards to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Use AI-tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and production.
• Work under pressure and deliver exceptional quality in fast-paced enterprise B2B settings.
What we expect:
• 5-8 years relevant experience in graphics + video + motion design (preferably for B2B/enterprise clients).
• Strong skills in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) + motion graphics + video editing.
• Experience storyboarding and visual concepting from brief to delivery.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design/video workflows.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
• High creativity, ownership, ability to work in office full-time in Noida.
