Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading the project team to define visual design objectives and expectations.

• Refining outputs from paint and hand-drawn applications using advanced visual design software.

• Enriching digital images through sophisticated contrast and gradient application.

• Presenting visual design concepts for review and approval in a timely manner.

• Meting with the project team for feedback and refining designs accordingly.

• Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand imagery across various products and platforms.

• Staying at the forefront of developments in visual design technologies and industry trends.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a senior graphic designer or similar role.

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design expertise.

• Expert-level proficiency in advanced visual design software, including Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Demonstrated leadership and creative abilities in original visual designs.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and determining visual design preferences.

• Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and integrate feedback.
