• Cultivate a solid body of work to translate business and client needs into visual design concepts, marketing collaterals with emphasis on creative presentation
• Take the design 'brief' to record requirements and clients needs
• Schedule project implementation.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas on a storyboard
• Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives, etc
• Attention to detail, mastery of grid, layout, typography, color, iconography and other visual design principles
• Strong creative and visual thinking skills, commitment to high quality design standards.
• Stay abreast of and research and track advancements in latest web & mobile user experience
• trends and patterns and look for creative ideas in parallel analogous worlds
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process and flexibility to work in an iterative design process culture
• Proficiency in using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw, basic premiere pro
• Highly self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical deadlines
• Ability to build good working relationships, collaborate with others to meet project requirements & contribute as a team membe
