About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and ensuring high-quality output.
● Develop visually engaging content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
● Initiate and execute current design trends and aesthetics to enhance brand marketing.
● Communicate with the Marketing Head and execute designs based on business and campaign needs.
● Design and optimize e-commerce and marketplace visuals for maximum impact.
● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and platforms.
● Conceptualize visuals aligned with sculpture themes and the overall brand identity.
● Ideate and create new visual themes for upcoming product launches.
● Create high-impact designs for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive engagement and conversions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard design tools.
● Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop unique, engaging design solutions.
● Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a design team.
● Ability to identify and implement design trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
● Excellent project management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
● Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
● Experience in designing high-converting creatives for Meta and Google Ads.
● Strong expertise in print media, ensuring high-quality print production and execution.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Marketing Head and other teams.
● Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
