MindTickle is on the lookout for a Sr. Graphic designer. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the design and visual quality of projects, working closely with instructional designers, solution architects, and customer teams. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging visual content that elevates the learning experience and drives measurable business outcomes.

Design and develop creative, high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia assets using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, and Synthesia.
Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute engaging design solutions across static, motion graphics, and interactive formats.
Review and ensure flawless graphical and design quality of deliverables before customer deployment.
Create and maintain design templates and guidelines to drive consistency and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry innovations to enhance workflows and outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
6-10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate/learning or SaaS environments.
Strong command of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge/experience with motion graphics, video editing, and interactive content creation.
Familiarity with AI tools like Synthesia, Canva, or similar platforms.
Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and deliver on time.
