Location- Mumbai (Hybrid)
Experience – 4+ years
Responsibilities:
● Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
● Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
● Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
● Apply typography techniques
● Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
● Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
● Liaise with design teams to ensure deadlines are met
● Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
● Build & sustain a design culture & working environment that emphasizes creativity & strong design thinking.
● Develop designs & solutions efficiently and intelligently.
● Regularly suggest, document, implement new & improved design, methods & processes.
● Effectively communicate & interact with multiple stakeholders & with clients (if needed).
● Willing to learn & explore new & existing software / technology.
● Guide team to work creatively around challenging briefs & design without impacting quality.
Requirement and Skills:
● Proven work experience as a Art Director
● Portfolio of completed design projects
● Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Figma, Premiere pro and aftereffects.
● Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign )
● Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
● Attention to visual details
● Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
● Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
● Prior work experience as an Illustrator
