What are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with atleast 1 year of work experience to join our team at Growthic. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients' messaging across various mediums. Your role will involve working closely with our content and marketing teams to develop design concepts that align with our clients' brand strategy and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines and providing guidance to junior design team members to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
2) Strong background in creating eye-catching designs for internal communication, client projects, and the company's website and blog.
3) Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality designs to clients.
4) Work collaboratively with our content and marketing teams to develop design concepts that effectively communicate our clients' messaging and align with their brand strategy.
Requirements:
1) At least 1+years of experience in digital design
2) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
3) Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients and team members
4) A keen eye for aesthetics and details, including colour, typography, and layout.
5) Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and incorporate feedback from clients and team members.
7) Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
