Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Graphic Designer role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day design and development of graphics, logos, and branding. The Senior Graphic Designer will also use their expertise in typography to create visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities -
• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Proficiency in Typography, Motion Graphics
• Ability to collaborate with other designers and work independently to complete projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field
• Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to keep up to date with design trends and incorporate them into projects
• Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, creative directors, and product managers in order to create compelling designs.
• Translate information about the client’s business and customers into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field
• You should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines of the projects with deliverables.
• Attending client meetings to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of design.
• Presenting draft designs to clients for feedback.
• Supporting clients and/or the business to understand the impact of graphic design.
• Working with creative colleagues such as copywriters and social media experts.
• Ensuring that design work is aligned with other methods of communication.

Requirements

Social Media Designer Requirements:
• Proven 3+ years of Experience in Graphic Designing
• A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
• Should be a pro in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other Designing tools Video creation tools
• Degree in graphic design or computer sciences.
• A flexible approach when working in a team
• Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
• good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
• Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
• Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
• Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
• Effective networking skills to build contacts.

CTC - upto 4,50,000 depending on the Interview Performance + Incentives
