• Position: Graphic Designer
• Job Description:
The Graphic Designer role entails the development and upkeep of marketing assets and content designed to bolster our product and overall marketing objectives. From conceptualization to execution, this position plays a pivotal role in enhancing our user experience by bringing our brand to life and ensuring its consistency across all touchpoints.
• Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with marketing and product marketing colleagues to enhance website design and content marketing efforts (including blog, social media assets, and more).
2. Introduce innovative design concepts and content creation ideas to the team, leveraging your expertise and keen eye for outstanding design.
3. Conceptualize and create templates that streamline the marketing team's activities on social media, the blog, email, and various other channels, enhancing their efficiency.
4. Manage additional design requirements, including presentations, signage and trade show collateral, as necessary.
• Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent relevant work experience.
2. A minimum of one year of prior experience in either in-house design or at a marketing agency is essential. Please provide work samples when applying for this position.
3. Proficiency in designing for HubSpot's Content Optimization System. This role involves crafting assets for our web team that are responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience on all three screens.
4. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design technologies.
5. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
