• URGENT OPENING for a SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER with at Amarea Creative Agency. Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a agency setting. Key Responsibilities: • Creative Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team. Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences. • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables. • Problem-Solving: Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results. • Review & Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on design concepts and deliverables, guiding junior designers to achieve excellence in their work. • Develop Creative Concepts: Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations. Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints. • Design for Events and Campaigns: Generate new ideas and artwork for events and campaigns, collaborating with internal content, marketing, and business teams, as well as external agencies, to create cohesive and effective visual content. • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables. • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Skills & Requirements: • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design and client communication. • Creativity & Innovation: A passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new creative techniques and trends. Staying updated on design trends and technologies. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative design solutions. • Mastery of Design Tools: Strong proficiency over design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc. • Team Leadership: Previous experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of video editing softwares like Adobe After Effects is a plus. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or creative studio setup • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in graphic design and video editing across various platforms and mediums. • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design)/ BMM ( Bachelor of Mass Media ) • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
