Senior Graphic Designer

WeTales is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our creative team. This role involves creating stunning digital wedding invitations and other event-related creatives while managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, exceptional design skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Design and illustrate digital wedding invitations, event creatives, and related marketing materials. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision, providing expert guidance and creative solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and design strategies. • Maintain and update a portfolio of design work, showcasing a variety of styles and techniques. • Stay current with design trends, tools, and software to keep our offerings fresh and competitive. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or similar role, preferably in the wedding and events industry. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital invitation design, illustration, and event creatives. • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing projects from concept to completion
