Senior Graphic Designer ( Immediate Joiner)
Healofy is looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge and skills to interpret growth team needs and to design marketing collateral with high visual impact.
We work towards a mission to empower Indian mothers to raise a superior generation. We offer product solutions to Moms & Moms-to-be to cater to your day-to-day problems. You will work on a variety of projects, including websites, social media assets, brochures, email marketing templates, signage, banner ads, and more. You will need to have a high-level understanding of responsive design as well as current design trends and tools.
Job Description
Graphic Designer crafts high-quality graphic content and posts it on all the company's social media profiles, App content & packaging Designs. Your job will be to employ your graphic design and programming skills to create compelling posts, pages, and applications that drive traffic and boost conversions, Packaging designs where you create a new brand language.
Role & Responsibilities
• Design and publish compelling, consistent creative assets for all digital platforms (online store/display ads/mobile/blog/SM graphics) that reflect the brand and lifestyle, and drive online engagement and sales
• Ensure that all graphics are developed, delivered, and published on time across all digital platforms.
• Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
• Work towards doing things uniquely with available guidance for various brands & themes
• Taking ownership of projects assigned & deliver on-time
• Work and communicate closely with Graphic Design team members and other key teams.
• Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests.
Ideal Candidate
• 2-4 years of experience in the domain
• Proficient in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier. (After effects are Plus)
• Strong knowledge of typography, alignment, placement, and colors.
• Strong design skills and premium brand sensibility
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance workload & priorities stay organized and flexible, and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong point of view. Can interpret feedback and follow creative direction.
• Must have a grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc
Note: Bangalore-based office job (HSR Layout) for 6 days a week.
