As a Senior Graphic Designer (Brand Systems & UX) , you will serve as the architectural force behind scalable brand ecosystems that directly influence how high-growth transportation, logistics, SaaS, and B2B companies position themselves in competitive markets. Your work goes beyond visuals-you will design structured brand systems that drive clarity, trust, and long-term brand consistency across digital and operational touchpoints.

Employment type: Full time
Shift: Morning shift, Night shift, Midshift Monday - Friday with minimum 4 hours overlap within 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Flexible beyond that), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek
Required
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or branding
• Proven ability to create brands from scratch
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems and brandbooks-not just logos
• Experience designing across multiple industries
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Strong understanding of UX and digital design principles
• Ability to think in systems, not isolated assets
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating
Strong Plus
• Agency experience building multi-brand systems
• Prior work in transportation, logistics, SaaS, or B2B environments where clarity and scalability matter

• Not a Canva-only or template-based role
• Not social-media-only design
• Not a junior or execution-only position
• If your work focuses mainly on surface-level visuals, this role will not be a fit
