Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer - D2C (FMCG) will play a key role in designing and creating visual content that aligns with Fitspire’s brand identity and D2C marketing goals.
Responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing designs for digital and print materials such as social media graphics, packaging, product designs, marketing campaigns, and website visuals. The designer will collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand presence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong skills in branding, typography, and color theory
• Experience in creating marketing materials for digital platforms, packaging, and other FMCG-specific designs
• Understanding of D2C business models and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work creatively and consistently
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a strong creative vision
