Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for various marketing materials
Create visually compelling and on-brand designs that effectively communicate our company's message and captivate our target audience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with project goals
Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of design projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and craftsmanship
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies
Experience with video editing tools like Premier Pro and After Effects
