About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in the events industry. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our design team—crafting compelling visual identities, event branding, and design experiences that elevate client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for events, from concept development to final execution.
Create impactful event branding, stage designs, digital assets, print collaterals, and visual communication materials.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to translate concepts into effective design solutions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
Guide junior designers and provide creative direction to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
Communicate design ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
Proven ability in project management—balancing multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently.
A keen eye for detail, trend awareness, and the ability to blend creativity with functionality.
Nice to Have
Experience working with 3D/event design teams.
Knowledge of motion graphics or digital media assets.
Client-facing experience in pitching and presenting design ideas.
