As a Graphic Designer at Keybit Technologies Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and artwork that contribute to the brand identity and user experience of our products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing specialists, you will conceptualize and execute design solutions aligned with Keybit's brand guidelines. Your designs will be integral in delivering exceptional user experiences across various platforms, including web, mobile, and print.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create innovative and visually stunning designs for various digital and print mediums, such as websites, mobile applications, marketing collaterals, infographics, icons, and branding materials.
Branding and Visual Identity: Apply Keybit's brand guidelines consistently across all design projects, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
User-Centric Design: Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance usability and user experience.
Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver final design solutions.
Design Excellence: Maintain a high standard of design quality and consistently strive for excellence in all design deliverables.
Visual Communication: Develop and communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively, both verbally and visually, to stakeholders and team members.
Industry and Design Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and leverage them to enhance Keybit's design capabilities.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience: Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD).
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively, push boundaries, and come up with original design concepts and solutions.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and receive constructive feedback.
Adaptability and Time Management: Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
