Expand My Business (ExMyB) is Asia's largest B2B managed marketplace for digital services. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 200+ spread across Tech, Sales, Operations and Marketing and have served over 1200+ clients worldwide. ExMyB has already raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its series A recently. ExMyB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months. ExMyB is looking forward to building a world class platform for buyers and partners and thus hiring for several positions across multiple departments.
Responsibility
• Attending, hosting or coordinating department meetings
• Ensuring that the design work is of sufficient quality and that all directives are being followed.
• Collaborating with your own team and with other departments to achieve design goal
• Working to meet the expectations of the customers or clients
• Delegating work where necessary and reviewing that work wherever necessary
• Creating innovative ideas and designs and putting them into a context that the rest of the team and the client/customer can understand
• Developing a budget and analyzing the budget to ensure it remains tenable
• Mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their goals and yours
• Conducting team training on developments within the design world and new business guidelines
• Creating engaging and visually appealing graphics as per the requirements, across digital and print media, including but not limited to marketing collaterals, social media campaigns, etc.
• Collaborating with different teams to understand the brief provided and create high quality and engaging visuals as per requirements within given deadlines.
• Understanding marketing campaigns, strategies and brand guidelines, and creating social media content across various platforms.
• Getting feedback on created designs. Incorporating any feedback provided on the said designs, and providing final, publishing ready files.
Requirements
• Have 5-7 years of proven experience.
• Have proven hands-on capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.
• You would have sharp attention to details, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing understating of the fundamentals of design, and knowledge of designing for print and digital media.
• Have a strong understanding of typography, and color theory.
• Responsible and proactive attitude with an aptitude for learning.
• Are able and interested in being part of a team dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Are available to join full time at our Gurgaon office.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Software Required: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Be able to explain design mock-ups and the thought process behind each design.
