Senior Graphic Designer

Role (Only Gurgaon People apply pls; we have seen people committing from Delhi and other areas and not turning up due to distance); The office for Nexus is in Sector 51, Gurugram

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a min 3 years' experience in designing to join us, though the candidate will primarily work on the Health Care Content vertical but will get opportunities to work on other verticals namely Performance or Events if and when required. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a unique understanding of healthcare in terms of designing and can think of out of the box design solutions. Good communication skills and understanding the consumer journey will be a plus. Exceptional graphic and aesthetic skills wrt creative design, Video/Reels Editor and Management, enthusiastic, problem solving, good communication & coordination skills, should be able to collaborate on different projects and people.

Salary: 35,000 INR/month

Responsibilities

· Experience in Creating Designs for social media and Google Ads

Video Editor and innovative approach

· Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussion

· Must have the ability to ideate, evolve content and refer to relevant design touchpoints

· Ideation and execution of the design

· Work towards doing things differently with available guidance

· Ownership of all projects assigned

· Quality Check creatives

· Ability to deliver work as per timeline requirement

· Act upon feedback and make necessary changes that meet the brief

· Explore a variety of techniques and evolve solutions that lead to improvement in consumer impact

· Adapt to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

· Candidates must have worked on social media and Google ads

· Prior experience in digital communication at creative agencies, HealthCare Brands.

· Well versed in basic graphic design software - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects etc.

· GIF & Video animation knowledge will be a must
