Designation: Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As an designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our clients' messages effectively. You will collaborate with our team of writers, strategists, and marketers to develop creative concepts and execute them across a variety of digital media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Develop and design creative concepts for digital an print media campaigns that align with client objectives and brand identity.
∙ Create visually appealing and effective designs for social media, email campaigns and other marketing assets.
∙ Collaborate with the copywriting team to create compelling visual content that tells a story and engages the target audience.
∙ Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
∙ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design capabilities and drive innovation.
∙ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Requirements:
∙ Minimum of 4 years of experience as a graphic designer or art director in an agency or similar environment.
∙ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms, including , social media and print media..
∙ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. ∙ Experience with motion graphics and video production a plus.
∙ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∙ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
