Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing a visual language from scratch for branding projects
• Set up brand language and design its collaterals
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, brochures, etc
• Visit clients to plan the execution of designs
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, including following platforms like Awwwards.com, Behance, Creative Bloq, etc
• Source custom and quality design references for clients
Requirements
• Design visual identities
• Apply typography with good knowledge
• Develop motion design (knowledge required; no work needed in After Effects)
• Create logos
• Prepare brand guidebooks
• Design brand collaterals
• Develop packaging design
• Edit photos (possess hard skills in image editing)
• Create master layouts for brochures (junior designers can assist with implementation)
• Build the look and feel of websites or videos as needed
• Develop mood boards for photoshoots, packaging, or other design-related tasks
• Apply design thinking, with a background in design or architecture, to execute ideas creatively
• Use Photoshop proficiently (good hold required)
• Utilize Illustrator expertly (exact tool knowledge needed)
• Employ Midjourney at a professional level
• Work with InDesign at a medium level (brochure creation, style guides, print settings)
• Use Figma at a basic level
• Understand After Effects for motion design integration from Photoshop and Illustrator
Additional Information
• Experience: 3-5 years in the Branding or media industry
• Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• Job Location: Bengaluru
