Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role involves managing the complete design lifecycle — from understanding requirements to visualizing and executing creative solutions across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful visuals. You will play a key role in shaping brand communication and ensuring visual consistency across all media.
Key Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine creative requirements
Conceptualize and develop visuals based on marketing and branding needs
Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design assets
Develop designs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software
Collaborate with copywriters, marketing, and creative teams to deliver final designs
Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback
Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various media
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Requirements & Skills
4–7 years of proven experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
Proficiency in design software and tools
Strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
