The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a Senior Designer to join our growing marketing and creative team. This role will be responsible for designing and executing all brand creative assets across channels, ensuring a consistent and elevated visual expression of the Frank & Eileen brand. We are looking for a designer who can seamlessly flex across digital, retail, and print, with a strong understanding of how design supports both brand storytelling and business performance. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and highly organized—someone who can bring thoughtful design to life across multiple platforms while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Design and execute brand creative across all marketing channels, including Email, SMS, site, Paid and organic social, Direct mail, Retail signage and in-store creative
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, ensuring high standards of creativity and performance.
• Translate campaign strategy into compelling visual assets that align with the
• Frank & Eileen brand aesthetic
• Partner closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to bring campaigns and product launches to life
• Develop high-quality visual assets that drive engagement while maintaining brand integrity
• Adapt creative concepts across channels while ensuring consistency and visual cohesion
• Collaborate with copywriters, photography & video leads, and cross-functional teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print assets
• Support the development and evolution of the Frank & Eileen visual identity
• Maintain strong organization and version control across creative assets and projects
• Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices
Who You Are
• 8–10 years of professional design experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing design
• Ability to design across digital, social, ecommerce, print, and retail environments
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems
• Experience translating creative direction into polished, high-performing design assets
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
• Familiarity with project management tools. Asana and AirTable are a plus.
• Experience designing for email and ecommerce platforms. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Understanding of social-first design and digital marketing creative
• Experience preparing files for print production (direct mail, retail signage, packaging)
• Basic motion or animation skills for digital and social assets
• Illustration skills are a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and craft
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience managing and mentoring a design team
• This role is currently hybrid based in downtown LA and will transition to in-office at our new campus in Playa Vista, opening in January 2027
Compensation
Salary range of $95,000-$120,000
