MARSH ASIA IMPACT â " ASSISTANT MANAGER
(GRAPHIC AND DIGITAL DESIGN)

• The Mumbai Creative Services team provides support to global stakeholders across US, Canada, LatAm, UK, Continental Europe, MEA, India, Asia and the Pacific regions. Team member capabilities span across Print design, Document Production, Video Production, UI / Web Design, Portal Management, Social Media management, SEO and brand administration.
• The expectation from the incumbent is to present artefacts in the most compelling and aesthetic manner, with a specialised focus on context-driven visualization for sales enablement and growth. Overall, pushing the boundaries of creative ideation and building lasting relationships with stakeholders, while managing delivery expectations effectively will be the key to long term success in this role.

We will count on you to:
• Work on a dedicated basis with the Asia IMPACT team to develop collaterals for key stakeholders â " internal and external clients â " Making appropriate design choices for effective communication to specific target audiences.
• Prior experience working with senior leaders to help them articulate key growth & strategy messaging, and/or experience in designing documents for RFP/Bid responses for Sales support will be an advantage.
• This hybrid role will cover graphic design skills along with a component of designing microsites for client requirements.
• Possessing the agility and maturity to understand the dynamic nature of RFP/Bid Support requirements to provide timely design support to Asia IMPACT leaders on any regional Growth and Sales Strategy collaterals, Client engagement presentations etc.
• Demonstrate responsiveness to manage iterative workflow across time zones for seamless delivery on dynamic fast-paced projects.
• Serve in a consultative capacity as a subject matter expert on design and branding. Ensure relevant brand recommendations are made to sales/ client-facing colleagues. Overall, walk the fine balance between creative ideation and timely delivery, while maintaining corporate brand standards.
• Attention to detail and result orientation is essential to understand the needs of the clients and conceptualize designs around it.
• Design value-add in terms of providing alternate information driven representations of raw data â " Reimagine basic graphics/ pie charts/ bar graphs to more visually appealing information graphics. Combine business context with the right imagery / graphics/ design solutions to create impactful IMPACT collaterals.
• Create design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically designed by incorporating interactive and rich media elements wherever possible, to push the boundaries of traditional corporate documents.
• Be client centric â " Flexibility with a Can-do attitude to effectively switch between concurrent projects as required, to meet business priorities successfully.
• Excellent team player â " be able to build collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders in the region.
