We specialize in performance-driven marketing, and our creative team plays a key role in delivering impactful digital experiences and results for our clients.As we scale further, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring powerful visual storytelling and design strategy to both marketing campaigns and product interface design. This is a hybrid role requiring experience in both brand and performance creatives as well as UI/UX design workflows.What You’ll Do- Marketing Design- Create static and motion designs for Meta & Google ads, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, and infographics.- Design social media creatives for reels, carousels, promotions, and campaign launches across industries.- Maintain visual consistency while crafting distinct brand identities for clients in varied domains.- UI/UX & Web Design- Work closely with our landing page, eCommerce, and web development teams to design modern, high-converting interfaces.- Develop wireframes, mockups, and component libraries for new and existing projects using tools like Figma.- Contribute to user flow and layout improvements, ensuring client websites are as functional as they are beautiful.- Collaboration & Strategy- Liaise with account managers, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver creative solutions that meet campaign goals.- Mentor junior designers or freelancers and contribute to creative processes and design reviews.- Juggle multiple brand guidelines, meet tight deadlines, and manage design projects from concept to completion.What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced creative team.- A diverse portfolio showing ad creatives, branding projects, social content, and UI/UX interfaces.- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.- Understanding of design systems, color theory, type hierarchy, and layout principles.- Bonus: Experience with After Effects or motion design, video editing, or illustration.- Strong sense of ownership, detail orientation, and ability to work independently.- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and feedback handling skills.Why Join Profitcast?- Work with 70+ active brands across 30+ sectors – every project is unique.- Opportunity to lead creative strategy and raise design standards across a growing agency.- Mentorship and career progression support in a creative, high-accountability culture.- Access to performance bonuses, training resources, and a tight-knit creative team.- Fully-equipped workspace at our Chennai office, complete with design tools and resources.Note: This is an onsite role based in Chennai.
