Experience with design software and graphics editing tools such as the Adobe Suite & Figma
Understanding of visual elements such as grids, layouts and responsive design, type, and fonts

A strong aptitude for creativity and problem-solving
Experience art working and creating finished art for print and publication
Experience in designing for web
Bonus if you have any experience in conversion-based design, with the intent to drive consumer behaviour on things like ads

Responsibilities
As the Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on Web Design, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs for website designs, banners, ads, and other digital media across our digital properties
You will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Ecommerce to create and produce meaningful and impactful designs across a multitude of areas
You may additionally be asked to help tackle projects across print, retail and social media and work in collaboration with the wider creative team to deliver on design briefs
Working across the areas of web design, digital, print, retail and social media to create design based solutions
Production of logos, banners, and interfaces
Pitching design concepts to the creative team
Collaborating with the wider creative team on design aspects of creative briefs
Designing and developing new packaging concepts and nets for production
Experience art working and creating finished art for print and publication
