As we expand our creative team, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with proven expertise in motion graphics, strong visual storytelling, and a fast-paced, detail-driven work ethic. This is a key role with direct impact on brand-building for high-trust sectors like oncology, dentistry, skincare, and more.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality visual assets including static creatives, performance banners, presentation decks, and branding collaterals.
• Edit engaging and platform-optimized videos: social media reels, patient testimonials, interviews, explainer videos, and digital ads.
• Develop and implement motion graphics for videos, reels, and animated explainers using Adobe After Effects and similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with content strategists, copywriters, and account managers to translate briefs into high-performing creative assets.
• Maintain consistent visual language across campaigns while adapting design for various platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets while maintaining attention to detail and quality benchmarks.
• Lead or mentor junior designers when required, and contribute to creative direction across the agency.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of motion design principles, animation, and video transitions suited for healthcare content.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, particularly for social and digital platforms.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience in the healthcare, hospital, or wellness industry.
• Working knowledge of Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and UI-based layouts.
• Understanding of healthcare content compliance and creative sensitivity.
• Experience in managing creative workflows or guiding junior team members.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, polished video edits, and creative motion graphics.
