Senior Graphic Designer(Digital Media)
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions for various projects.
• Provide creative direction to the Graphic design team, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing,project managers, and developers.
• Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement a visual design strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all channels.
• Review and approve design concepts, graphics, and layouts produced by the team.
• Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Should have knowledge of Figma and experience in web designing.
