Company introduction:spinach studios is a ui/ux research, design and development consultancy. your work will encompass projects from different global markets across diverse sectors. you will have opportunities to lead engagements with your design team, from the front.about the role: the graphic designer’s job includes the entire process of conceptualising, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts etc. you will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites social media posts, deck templates and more.your graphics should have the ability to capture the attention of the respective target audiences and communicate the message appropriately. for this, you must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. if you’re passionate about design and can work methodically as part of a team, we would like to meet you!responsibilitiesassess design briefs and map out requirementsconceptualise visuals based on requirementsallocate timelines to respective deliveries at the start of the project prepare rough drafts and present the ideasbrainstorm and work with copywriters to produce final designsensure feedback provided on visuals are captured and incorporated ensure all visuals produced are on par with the brand guidelines provided requirementsproven graphic designing experience with references a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsfamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as xyz)a keen eye for design aesthetics and detailsgood communication skillsability to work methodically and meet deadlinesinclination to be a team player and work alongside various departments degree in design, fine arts or related field is a plus
