Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and web development, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites, as well as creating engaging graphics for various digital marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients based in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites that meet clients' requirements and industry standards.
• Create visually stunning graphics for use across various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with clients' brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Optimize website designs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web development tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and graphic design projects.
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with clients based in the US is a plus.
