Position: Senior Graphics Designer
Purpose: The position is responsible for creating high impact visual design solutions for all the channels in the network
Education: Art Degree
Experience: 4-8+ years of experience in graphics in the broadcast industry
Location: Mumbai
Reporting Relationship: Head – Online Graphics
Business/Channel/Function: Broadcast Operations and Network Engineering - Graphics
Key Responsibilities:
• Show Packaging
• Key ActivitiesUnderstand the purpose in creating visual content & set clear expectations with the stakeholdersMapping the competition designs through internet and generate a unique creative designConceptualize few options of designs for providing varied choice to the clientFinalize the ideas, concept and design that resonates best with their requirementDeliver the approved graphics in various formats (On air/ Off air/ OTT)
• Promo Packaging
• Key ActivitiesInterpret various stakeholders' requirements and creating ideas, moodboardsIdentify various tools/styles/platform to implement the creativeComposite & track complex footages/shots, set extensions, rotoscopy.Explore & execute different animation style that will suit the promo
• Branding
• Key ActivitiesBrainstorm various ideas and create unique attributes of the brandProject the brand through the use of images, colors, symbols, lay-outs, animations etc.
• Shoot Supervision & VFX
• Key ActivitiesSupervise chroma VFX based shoots for short & long form for stakeholders (OAP/Programming, .Set extensions, effects, rotoscopy & clean up
• Virtual Set Design
VR/AR
• Key ActivitiesDesign wire frames Virtual set as per the stakeholder's requirementsDevelop the final set with realistic textures, lights & reflection before taking it to Viz.Keeping the 3D virtual set under the required minimum polygons for Viz to run it smoothly Setting the scale for the set in Viz, checking camera tracking and smooth movement for real time studio production between multiple cameras.Adding real-time visual data, exciting Visual element that can bring information with real time, AR graphics
